COMPETITION AND CLINIC FEES
All event and clinic fees are set by the associations hosting their event.
• Working Equitation United (WE United)
Friday Lecture (Part I)
Fee: $10 for WE United Members; $25 for non-members
Includes a 90 minute slideshow with videos providing in-depth information about what judges are looking for when they are judging Working Equitation, with a particular emphasis on the obstacle section called Ease of Handling.
Saturday Clinic (Part II & III)
Rider costs: $50 for WE United Members; $75 for people who are not members of WE United
Auditor costs: Free for WE United Members; $25 for people who are not members of WE United
Includes both a 60-minute group lecture / on-foot instruction and a 20-minute individual lesson on the dressage trial, and a 90-minute small-group mounted lesson on the obstacles.
Sunday Schooling Show
• $50 for WE United Members
• $75 for non- members of WE United
• Free to spectators
Includes Dressage, Ease of Handling, and Speed Trials. Each participant will receive written scorecards, with comments to provide guidance for future improvement. The schooling show will be limited to a maximum of 15 riders. Sign up early to secure a spot!

• Top Trail
Top Trail is the ride program for Open Trail. Top Trail members are eligible for Lifetime Mileage Honors, Monthly Top Trail Horse Challenges, Quarterly Top Trail Rider Challenges, as well as Breed and Trail Association Ride Programs, as they are added.
$10.00 per day for adults. Campers spending the weekend pay only one gate fee. Youth 16 and under are free.
All participants and spectators are expected to pay gate fees.

Note: Negative Coggins Report must be provided for each horse. Overnight stays require every horse must be stalled; only one horse per stall. No picket lines, portable pens or tying you your trailer.

Friday: Dinner and Meet & Greet in the wedding barn. Taco Bar and home made ice cream. $10.00 adults, $5.00 for kids 12 and under.
Saturday: Pot Luck in the indoor arena.
